My father's alcohol is ruining my family

I am 15 years old, and my father is an alcoholic. I don't even really know where to start... My parents hate each other. My dad works in NYC on Broadway, and my mom is a stay at home mom.

Father has been a crack/cocaine addict ever since I can remember.

My father is 52 years old (I'm 21) and he has been addicted basically since I was born.
