My mum has been drinking for as long as I can remember. She spilt up with my dad 10 years ago, when I was 7. He was a violent alcoholic and nearly killed my mum on a number of occassions.

Yet again i'm to blame!

My dad is an alcoholic.

From before I was born, my dad has been a heavy drinker. When I was born, the overwhelming responsibility made him worried and his way of dealing with worries was to drink, more than usual.

An Alcoholic Dad.

As far as I could remember, my Dad was an alcoholic.

Sometimes I just feel like my head is going to explode!

 I've only just joined up, but I heard about this charity through a morning TV programme, I think it was Daybreak?
